We all know that in Nigeria it is a normal thing for parents to beat up their kid whenever they want to correct the kids, there are even special things that parents use to beat their kids such as cane popularly known as 'kpankere', but this is different in the western world, you cant hit your kids over there due to the fact that you will either go to jail or they take the kids away from you which is actually strange to most of we Nigerians. Do you think we have been wrong all along? would you say that parents shouldn't beat their kids even when they are wrong? Does beating kids make them morally upright? what is your opinion about this?
